The Difference between Anaerobic and Aerobic Exercise.....

To follow up from the lesson on Wednesday, I would like you to answer the following questions. Copy and paste the questions to a new post on your blogs called 'Aerobic and Anaerobic Exercise' and use them as subtitles. You should try to include as much information as you can for each answer and ensure they are in your own words. Relate to sports where necessary and feel free to use any graphs or charts (from my blog or your own research) that help to illustrate your answers (but make sure you know what they mean):

Where does the energy come from when we exercise anaerobically?

Where does the energy come from when we exercise aerobically?

Imagine aerobic and anaerobic exercise were placed on a scale. Where would the following activities be placed on that scale? 100m, marathon, javelin, 5000m, long jump, footballer, tennis player

Why would the position you play in a game like football determine which energy system you would use more? Use at least 3 positions to explain your answer

Describe the intensity levels and length of time that you can perform for each both energy systems.
