Components of Fitness

Fitness can be broken down into separate components. Some sports require more of one component than another. Watch the following videos on the Components of Fitness:



On a post titled 'The Components of Fitness' I would like you to:

You must do this for the following components of fitness (use each as a subheading):

  1. Strength
  2. Power
  3. Agility
  4. Balance
  5. Muscular Endurance
  6. Cardio-Vascular Endurance
  7. Reaction Time
  8. Speed
