Interval Training

You are to write up a detailed report of the interval session you completed last week (do this in a post entitled 'Interval Training'. Be sure to include the following information:


  • Definition (from BBC Bite Size)
  • Aerobic/aerobic exercise? Why?
  • Which components of fitness would this method improve? Why?
  • What are the advantages/disadvantages of this method?
  • Explain the structure of our session, timings, intensity, rest intervals, duration of session and activities
