Checklist of Assignments

Please ensure that you have completed the following. I want us to be completely up to date before we move on to the next Method of Training:


  • Principles of Training - Explain and define the principles (adding a sporting example of application)
  • Components of Fitness - Define and give examples of sports that use the component (and YouTube video where applicable)
  • Aerobic And Anaerobic Exercise - See my previous blog post and ensure that you have answered all of the questions
  • Resistance Training - explanation of 10MR, 1MR, how you can train for muscular endurance, strength and power
  • Interval Training
