Circuit Training

Create a new blog post called 'Circuit Training'. After Mr Bidwell's presentation, use his notes on the board to answer the following questions:


  1. Which Components of Fitness can be improved using circuit training?
  2. What are the advantages of Circuit Training?
  3. What are the disadvantages of Circuit Training?
  4. How can the format of your session be tailored to improve the following Components of Fitness?
  • Muscular and Cardio-Endurance
  • Speed and Power
  • Agility
  • Coordination
  • Flexibility
Finally, write an account of our circuit training session last week. Include details on; exercises, timings, rest periods, use of technology, equipment.
